There’s a myth that says to be successful in sales; you need to be a booming speaker. I discovered early in my profession that people love hearing and prefer to talk more than listen. This is why I would ask more questions than talk. It doesn’t take any effort to get people talking. In a way, my lack of social skills actually worked to my advantage.

What are your opinions regarding courage, motivation, and passion?

I believe that courage is the act of being courageous in spite of fear, and it’s like a muscle that is developed with practice. I believe that we are more driven when we’re doing something with something bigger than ourselves, which benefits other people. Remembering your mission can help you improve your performance. When you’re involved in something you love, you make a statement and inspire others by sharing your enthusiasm.
